We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team at Delphi Adventure Company. We need team players who are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy the challenges of working with children and adults. We want instructors with land and/or water-based qualifications.

Salary and contract will be commensurate with your experience and level of qualifications. We have some live-in accommodation available for a small deduction, and provide excellent staff catering at a subsidised rate. We provide a full induction period for all staff before commencement of duties to align everyone with our standard operating procedures.

We are looking for candidates with any of the following qualifications:

• RLSS/ILSS Beach Lifeguard Award
• ISA/BSA Surf Coaches
• Level 2 & Level 3 Kayak/Canoe coaches (TRG/ASS)
• SPA Assessed/Training
• Mountain Leader Assessed/Training
• Mountain Skills Training
• First Aid qualification
• D1 Driving License

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior role and in managing people. This person should be focused, resourceful and capable of operating in a fast paced environment. They will need to have an ISA/BSA Level 1 Coach qualification. As well as training and motivating a team of instructors, this person will also be taking surf sessions and maintaining a high standard of service for all clients.

They will need to have Mountain Skills Assessed, Multi Pitch Award or MIA Training. As well as training and motivating a team of instructors, this person will also be taking sessions and maintaining a high standard of service for all clients.

As well as training and motivating a team of Kayaking and Canoeing instructors, this person will also be taking sessions and maintaining a high standard of service for all clients.

Club Correze offers adventure holidays to school groups across the UK. Kayaking, Canadian Canoeing, Abseiling, Sailing, Fencing and Mountain Biking are just some of the activities provided.
